As an On-Site IT Technician & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing first-line support to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network infrastructure.
• Provide first-line IT support to clients, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of network infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on network equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and network infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and routing.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a must, with Bahasa Indonesia as a plus.
