As a Mold Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and assembly of our molds, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products are assembled and maintained to the highest standards, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials and technologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance and assembly of molds using tools such as CNC machines, milling machines, and grinding machines.
Ensure that molds meet the highest standards of quality and precision, using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Work closely with the production team to ensure that products are assembled and maintained to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the molds, using your knowledge of molding technology and materials.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and assembly work, including any issues that arise and how they were resolved.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations, and ensure that the workplace is safe and clean.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and work to identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the molding process.
Attend training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the molding industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in the use of CNC machines, milling machines, and grinding machines.
Familiarity with molding technology and materials, including plastics, metals, and composites.
Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures, and the ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the molds.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work closely with the production team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
Ability to attend training and development opportunities, and to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the molding industry.
