📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to athletes' individual needs and goals.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, including one-on-one and group training.
• Assess athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Organize and participate in local and regional badminton tournaments and competitions.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and motivating training environment.
• Promote the benefits of badminton and the coaching program to attract new athletes.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and trends in badminton through continuous professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and administrative regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a badminton coach, preferably in a competitive or high-performance setting.
• A recognized coaching certification, such as the Badminton Association of Indonesia (PBSI) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with sports management software, such as TeamSnap or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
