📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Assist the head chef in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Clean and organize the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow food handling and safety protocols strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
