📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of electrical systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to identify and address any issues.
• Work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, ETAP, and other industry-standard applications.
• Develop and implement electrical system improvement plans to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Train and mentor junior staff, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects and the achievement of company goals.
• Provide technical support and advice to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, and other industry-standard electrical design and analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and transmission.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Valid electrical certification or license, preferably from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
