As a Merchandising Administrator, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our products are displayed attractively in-store and online. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory levels and stock movements using SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising activities, including visual merchandising and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the merchandising team.
- Ensure compliance with retail standards and company policies.
- Support the merchandising team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of merchandising plans and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a strong advantage.
