📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate driver operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
Optimize delivery routes using GPS and mapping software such as Google Maps or Waze.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery by monitoring driver performance and addressing any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of delivery times, distances traveled, and fuel consumption using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and transportation.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching or driving, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Proven track record of managing driver operations and optimizing delivery routes.
Proficiency in using GPS and mapping software, as well as spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with local regulations and traffic laws in Bali.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and be on call as needed.
