📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including table setting and clearing.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote our menu items and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Participate in team meetings and follow established protocols for customer service and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and politely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
