HR Generalist (Temporary Replacement)

Topindo Atlas Asia is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist (Temporary Replacement) to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to employee management, payroll administration, and HR processes. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. You will work closely with managers and employees to address HR-related queries and concerns. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on our HR operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates
• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, taxes, and benefits
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
• Support HR processes, such as performance reviews and training programs
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics
• Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
