📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of our retail and distribution operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and monitoring.
• Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
• Provide training and support to other team members on data analysis and monitoring tools and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and monitoring, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail and distribution operations is a plus.
