• Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth in Pontianak.
• Oversee the creation and placement of in-store displays and point-of-purchase materials in local retailers.
• Collaborate with local distributors and retailers to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotional activities.
• Train and mentor local sales teams on promotional best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to refine promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotional activities, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the health and wellness market in Kalimantan Barat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
