📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, adhering to high standards of hygiene and quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid food handler's certificate for kitchen roles.
• Previous experience in leadership roles is a plus for Manager positions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
