📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
