📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Represent the store at industry events and trade shows as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
