Alumna Indonesia Islamic School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to support our inclusive education program. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist regular teachers in planning and implementing inclusive learning activities.,Support students with special needs in the classroom, both academically and socially.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers.,Assist in adapting curriculum and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Collaborate with school staff to ensure the successful implementation of the inclusive education program.,Attend staff meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Experience working with students with special needs is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a team.,Commitment to inclusive education and the rights of students with special needs.,Familiarity with Indonesian education system is a plus.,Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse students.,Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
