📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and optimize the stamping process to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.
• Lead the stamping team, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the stamping process or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of stamping machinery, tools, and materials.
• Proven experience in quality control and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
