📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's legal and regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide strategic advice to the board of directors on legal and regulatory matters.,Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the company's corporate records and documentation.,Coordinate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure the company's legal interests are protected.,Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.,Ensure the company's policies and procedures are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Provide training and support to the company's management team on legal and regulatory matters.,Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal or regulatory role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with corporate governance and compliance is a plus.
