📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SaaS and related technologies,Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client success, or a related role within the technology industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Strong understanding of SaaS products and services,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
