In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring that we meet our production targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facilities, ensuring that production targets are met and maintained.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that we operate within budget.
  • Ensure that all production processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that our products meet the required standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met and that there is a smooth flow of materials and products.
  • Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
