As the Lead Sales Counter, you will be responsible for managing the sales counter, ensuring a positive guest experience, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote and sell hotel packages, services, and amenities to guests.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Train and mentor junior staff members in sales techniques and customer service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hotel property management systems (PMS).,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
