📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Inspect vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections,Coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely manner,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of work are maintained,Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing vehicle maintenance and repair operations,Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems,Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues accurately and efficiently,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards
