📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key accounts.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
