📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical documentation,Develop and implement best practices for technical writing within the company,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical documentation is integrated into our overall marketing and sales strategy,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy,Assist in the development of technical writing tools and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Experience with creating and maintaining user manuals, API documentation, or other technical documentation
