📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and advertising plans.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.,Participate in store events and activities to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
