📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Ensure that all departments are meeting their performance targets and KPIs.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
