📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Work closely with the F&B manager to develop and implement service standards and procedures.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet the required service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that all food and beverage items are available.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly stored and maintained.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the F&B service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to ensure that these standards are met at all times.,Familiarity with inventory management and the ability to work with suppliers to ensure that all food and beverage items are available.,Ability to work well as part of a team, and the ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
