📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Assist in stock management and ensuring the store is well-stocked.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Promote products and participate in sales events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
