📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they are error-free and meet our quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation is integrated into our products and services.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or other similar tools.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
