📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.,Provide support and guidance to other departments as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
