Apotek Dian Bakso is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our business growth. This is a full-time position based in Jepara, Jawa Tengah, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 15.000.000 to Rp 18.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.,Familiarity with social media and online job platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
