📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses to understand the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between recruitment needs and business goals.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
