NEXUS Group is seeking a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in system administration to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing support to end-users. You will work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain our IT policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect our systems and data.
  • Back up and restore data as needed.
  • Document system configurations and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 system availability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of server and network technologies.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
