In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods and services for our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and services for the company.,Maintain and update the company's purchasing records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Support the purchasing team in maintaining supplier relationships.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Assist in the analysis of purchasing data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply).,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
