📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with other departments to integrate training into business goals,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
