Camp Zone Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.
